LinkedIn Engagement Pods Training Rules (Review)

LinkedIn Engagement Pods Training Review:
So with the (LinkedIn) engagement pods course, we do have some rules in order to keep everybody safe. That's because we don't want to get our accounts banned or disabled or get ghost banned. We'll cover what all that stuff means in the next unit on engagement pod safety. But for now, the engagement pod rules I need you to know are: you need to watch every video. You need to check every email in order to get the next lesson. Do not boost people outside of the engagement pods posts. So don't boost your boss's posts. Don't boost anybody's posts who aren't in our specific engagement pods. The next thing is do not boost company posts because if people aren't following that company it's going to look very suspicious to LinkedIn's algorithm that all of a sudden this company's posts is getting a lot of engagement. So do not put a company's posts through our engagement pod training program, please join specific engagement pods where people are boosting company posts. That's really important.

LinkedIn pods review:
The other thing is do not boost stale posts, sell posts are posts that are more than a few hours old. The reason is because if a post didn't get much traction in that first little while from the LinkedIn algorithm detecting it, it's going to look really suspicious. If it starts getting a whole bunch of engagement, like an obscene amount of engagement a day or two or many days or a month or a year later, all of a sudden. So that's really suspicious and easy for LinkedIn's algorithm to detect. So please do not boost stale posts, stale posts being... Let's for the sake of simplicity, say anything over a day old (24 hours).

LinkedIn Pod Training Rules Link Boost:
Okay, great. And then the other the last engagement pod rule is make sure to add everybody in the pod as soon as possible. Like as soon as you join your engagement pod. In the previous video or the next video I show you how to find your pod members on LinkedIn and then how to connect with them. So you'll need to connect with everybody in your engagement pod. And the reason for this is it's going to make your engagements look a lot more organic and natural to the LinkedIn algorithm to avoid being detected. So those are the rules for our training pods. Again, they're watching every video, make sure you're opening every email that gets sent don't boost company, post URLs don't posts from people who aren't in our engagement pods, don't boost stale posts. Don't boost posts that are a day old or older and then make sure to add everybody as soon as possible. Once you are in the engagement pod. If you get all that, then we are good to go! And I think you're really going to enjoy all of this! Okay: on to the next lesson.

LinkBoost: How-To Add Your LinkedIn Pod Members Manually (Demonstration)

The last video, we went over how to set up LinkBoost, which will be the main software of this course, along with how to join different (LinkedIn) engagement pods. In this video, we're gonna talk about how do you add your pod members and how do you post your LinkedIn posts in the pods.

So first in order to find your pod members, you have to go to pods, which is right here and then go into where it says members, and then you can right. Click open in a new tab. And you can just do this a whole bunch. So one, two and so on. And then you just go to a LinkedIn profile. I've already added him but see it's pending there. I should have everybody here but you know, you never know. So once you have that, then you would go to message and then you'd say, hi, we are a part of the same engagement pod training pod. So please add me. Now, if they are doing the engagement pod training, they'll know why they have to actually be connected because it's a way of avoiding the algorithm detection from LinkedIn. So then that's how you add your pod member. So again, you just go to LinkedIn profile and then send them a connection request. So in this case I would go oops, I have to go connect. And then I dunno hi Nelson we're part of the same program looking forward to, Oh you're going to save yourself a lot of time. If you just copy and paste this and then change the name each person that you're reaching out to. Because yeah, it'll just save you some time. Each engagement pod has got a lot of people in it, so that is how you find your pod members and then request to connect with them.

The next thing I'm going to quickly show you is how to do a post on using the engagement pods. So in this case, I'm going to use the example here of Forbes Business Council mentioned, I am in. So I'm going to go click, copy, link to post, and then I'm going to go to my posts right here, and then I will go new post put in the URL up here and then I will do this post, this pod and so on. So one of the great things about LinkBoost, they have all of these different auto-comment pools that they've been working on. It's fantastic. But for the training pod we don't have the auto-comments enabled because of pod safety and everyone that's in our pods needs to know how to use them safely before they can use auto-comments. You'll learn why shortly, but once you've got your LinkedIn post URL in here then, and this is where you put comments, if you're in other (engagement) pods.

And then you can set your engagement intervals. Now we talk a bit about the LinkedIn algorithm strategies for engagement and how to really leverage that in the upcoming days. But for now this is the basics of how you will boost your posts. So it's pretty cool. Very simple and then you'd hit create a new post. This is also another place where you can right click and add your pod members, which is pretty cool. And that is that for this lesson. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message, preferably an email, and I'd be happy to help.

How-To Setup LinkBoost for LinkedIn Demonstration + Join Engagement Pods

Free LinkedIn Engagement Pods Course Update (October 2020)

How-To Make FREE LinkedIn Engagement Pods With LinkBoost: Demonstration

In this video, I'm going to show you how to set up your own LinkedIn engagement pod privately, whether you're a company, you're an entrepreneur, or you're in a professional business association. It doesn't really matter because if you're with, if you have a network of people who genuinely really want to support each other - like sales teams in companies, or, you know, chamber of commerce, what have you, this is a fantastic way of automating engagement to make sure that all of your posts get is much post reach and as much brand awareness as possible. While growing each other's professional networks. So, easily, one of the best B2B LinkedIn growth hacks for 2020 right now, pretty excited to show you. So let's jump in!

So what we're going to do here is we're going to go into our LinkBoost, Chrome extension, like, so... And just wanna make sure that you're, you're able to see me here. And then what we're gonna do is we're going to go to pods and then we're going to go to new pod, and then we're going to call it the Darragh's company pod.

Yeah, that's what we're going to call it. I don't need to make this too fancy. Right. and then we can put in a little description it's not really super necessary if you're doing a private pod, because you don't really want people necessarily to to know about it and you're making it invitation only, right?

So this is the way that you would do it. You can pre-arrange whatever auto-comments you'd like to have in this pod there yep. You can, you can write in your own ones and all that kind of stuff. We'll talk about what this is and how to use it and why it's important in the engagement pods course on the section on auto-commenting. But yeah, so this is basically how you would create your own engagement pod. So once we created the pod we can then go into it, Darragh's company pod, obviously I'm the only one and that, cause we're just doing an example.

But you can change, you can make the settings, so I'm gonna make this private pod. And I want everyone to auto like posts, and I want everyone to auto-comment on posts because this is a private pod. That is that's what we're doing. So that is how you create your own private pod. Make sure that that's checked and then we'll go to save. And then once you've got your posts that you want to share with your company, I'll use this example again here. We'll go to copy, link to post, and then we'll go to posts and then we will do a new post. And then on we'll look for Darragh's company pod. We'll say, obviously that's not what we're going to do. But just for this example, and then you hit in this URL.

Again, you find that right in these three little dots for whatever post you're wanting to boost. Copy and paste that choose the pod. You want that to happen in and then choose the engagement intervals. We talk about the, in part three of the (LinkedIn) engagement pod course in LinkedIn algorithm strategies what the intervals, the best use for each of these intervals is in order to maximize LinkedIn's algorithm to get you as much free visibility on your content as possible. So make sure to be a part of that engagement pods course, if that's of interest otherwise that, and then you'd hit create new post to get it started. And there's no users, but you'll once you have your coworkers or your friends or your professional association in that engagement pod this error will not be there. And you guys will be able to support each other and help each other, get your message out further on LinkedIn.

So that is how to create a LinkedIn engagement pod for your own company or for your friend network or for similar minded individuals and professional associations. Hope you found this useful and keep an eye out for the next video.
